The Fall 2021/Spring 2022 contract begins Friday, August 20, 2021 and ends Friday, May 20, 2022. The Fall 2021 contract portion ends on Saturday, December 18, 2021. The Spring 2022 contract begins on Friday, January 14, 2022. Members with a full Academic Year contract may stay in their co-ops for the winter break period.

After signing a Fall 2021/Spring 2022 contract, you may cancel the Spring 2022 portion of the contract without penalty by giving written notice by October 13, 2021.

We will start making Spring 2022 housing offers in late October.

You’ve already taken the first step! The website is a great place to start. Also, on this website you can learn about all the houses and find out a little about what they are like, what they look like, where they are, how many rooms they have, and information about house policies. The next step is to narrow down your search based on some of the above information. Then you can virtually visit the houses. Our members love to meet potential co-opers and would love to give you a video house tour. See rooms and talk to people living at the house now. The best way you’ll ever be able to tell what a co-op is like is to see the house for yourself!

Our units currently have restrictions on visitors due to COVID-19. You can contact our office to get the house manager’s phone number, or you can email the house manager to set up an appointment to take a virtual tour.
