The BSC is Hiring a Human Resources Manager!

The BSC is looking to hire a new Human Resources Manager! The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing support to the Executive Director in the execution of all Human Resources functions for the BSC.  These duties will include a wide variety of professional-level human resources functions, including, but not limited to:  Employee recruitment/hiring, overseeing employee orientation and on-boarding, training and professional development programs, researching and making recommendations regarding benefits plans/programs, administering benefits and compensation programs and policies, personnel records management, managing workers compensation claims and leaves of absence, performance management and evaluation programs, assisting with the resolution of employee relations issues, and advising staff members, supervisors, and managers in regards to human resources policies and laws.  The Human Resources Manager also works in conjunction with the BSC Safety Director, participating in the development, improvement, and execution of the safety program including corresponding trainings and education.  The Human Resources Manager will provide regular reports and recommendations to management, and perform other projects as assigned by the Executive Director.
